摘要
目的探讨类风湿性关节炎(RA)和强直性脊柱炎(AS)的外科治疗。方法对114例RA和120例AS采用迷走神经微创术进行治疗,术前对心脏进行保护性治疗,术后对症治疗。结果114例RA患者治愈33例,显效61例,有效20例;120例AS患者治愈86例,显效26例,好转8例,总有效率为100%。结论迷走神经微创术治疗RA及AS效果良好。
Objective To investigate the surgical management of rheumatoid arthritis （R.A） and ankylosing spondylitis （AS）. Methods 114 cases with RA and 120 cases with AS were treated by vagal activation. The cardiac protective treatment was given before operation, and proper cure for the symptoms after operation. Results Among 144 cases with RA, 33 cases were curable, 61 cases obviously effective and 20 cases effective. Among 120 cases with AS, 86 cases were cured, 26 cases markably effective and 8 cases improved. The total effective rate was 100%. Conclusion The vagal activation has better result for the treatment of RA and AS.
