摘要
目的观察正常猫眼筛板结缔组织的纤维成分和结构形态。为筛板相关结构疾病提供一种理想的实验动物。方法采用组化特染、透射电镜、扫描电镜和图象分析仪观察正常成年家猫16例32眼。结果猫眼筛束含有人类细胞间质的所有3种纤维,胶原纤维面积比与人类接近,其扫描电镜下的胶原纤维的三维结构特点也与人类相似。结论猫是研究筛板的是理想动物模型。
Objective To investigate fibrous components and structure morphology of the connective tissue of normal cat. Methods 32 normal cat autopsy eyes were examined by histochemical staining, transmission, electron microscopic, scanning electron microscopic and computer assistant image analytical techniques. Result The laminal bundles of cat contain the three kinds of fibers of human. The ratio of three dimensions was close to that of human. The three demensional structures of collagenous fibers of cat were also the same with human. Conclusion The laminal cribrosa of cats are well developed, it can be selected as experimental animal for basement investigation of laminal cribrosa.
