摘要
详尽分析了新钢棒材厂棒材轧制过程中倍尺优化和上钢控制中存在的问题,提出了新的控制方案和改进方法。经生产实际应用,取得了较好的效果。
The existing problems in the feeding steel control and multiple lengths optimization in the bar roiling process at Xinsteel bars plant are analysed. Improvement ways and new control plan are put forward. Meanwhile, they have achieved good result in production use.
