摘要
很大程度上可以说国家安全在于经济安全,经济安全在于能源安全,能源是人类社会生存与发展的重要物质基础。随着能源缺口的日益增大,根据我国国情,实施能源替代战略势在必行,以能源的可持续发展支撑社会经济的可持续发展。
To a large extent, national security lies in economic security, which in turn lies in energy security. Energy is an important material basis of the subsistence and development of human society. With increasing energy shortage, China should, in line with its national conditions, implements energy substitution strategy and supports sustainable social and economic development with sustainable energy development.
