摘要
通过对基于技术因素的国际贸易理论演进的梳理,并结合中国实际得出结论:技术水平落后导致我国外贸国际竞争力相对落后。提高我国外贸国际竞争力必须依靠技术要素,要主要依靠自主技术创新,并借助对外贸易等渠道获取技术外溢来推动外贸产业的技术进步。
This paper reviews the evolution of international trade theory based on technology factor and, in line with realities in China, makes the conclusion that backward technology results in the relative backwardness in international competitiveness of foreign trade in China. Improving international competitiveness must rely on technology factor and mainly on autonomous technological innovation, and fostering technological progress by acquiring technological spillovers through such channels as foreign trade.
