摘要
T细胞免疫球蛋白域粘蛋白域蛋白(Tim)基因是新近发现的一类基因家族,研究表明Tim家族与T细胞免疫反应及Th1和Th2细胞分化有关,可能对哮喘和自身免疫病的发生与发展起重要作用,本文拟就有关内容作一综述。
