摘要 巨噬细胞(macrophage,Mφ)是免疫系统中最具多向性功能的细胞,具有多种生物学功能,包括噬菌、杀菌、促炎或抗炎作用等.另外,Mφ还可通过分泌细胞因子、共刺激分子和抗原提呈等途径发挥特异性和非特异性免疫调节功能.多年来,人们已经认识到微生物抗原和效应T细胞(如辅助性T细胞1型、2型、3型和调节性T细胞等)及其分泌产物可以影响Mφ的表型和异质性.
