摘要
目的探讨联合应用 TURP+TUVP 治疗前列腺增生症的可行性和安全性。方法对38例前列腺增生症病例,联合应用 TURP+TUVP 技术完成手术治疗。TURP 使用普通环状电极,功率为100~120w;TUVP 使用气化切割电极(Vapor—Tome),功率为220~280w,电凝功率均为70w。先用 TURP 切除前列腺中叶到环状肌,改用 TUVP 大块切除前列腺各叶,最后用 TURP 切除前列腺尖部和近包膜组织。结果 38例手术时间在20~120min,平均68±9.63min;术中均未输血;无出现 TUR综合征,效果满意。结论联合应用 TURP+TUVP 治疗前列腺增生症,增加了手术的速度,提高了手术的安全性。
Purpose The feasibility and the safety of the joint application of TURP and TUVP in the surgery of benign prostatic hyperplasia is discussed. Method 38 patients of benign prostatic hyperplasia underwent surgery using the joint TURP + TUVP technique. Ordinary circular electrode was used for TURP at 100 - 120 watts; The Vapor- Tome electrode was used for TUVP at 220 - 280 watts and the electrovaporizafion power at 70 watts. First the center leaf and the circular muscle of the prostate gland was removed using TURP, then the other leaves of the bulk were removed using TUVP, finally the tip and the near membrane tissue were removed using TURP. Results For the 38 patients, the surgery time ranged from 20 to 120 minutes with the average of 68 ± 9.63min; None of them needed blood transfusion; There was not occurrence of the TUR symptom.The results were satisfactory. Conclusion In surgical treament of benign prostatic hyperplasia, joint application of the TURP + TUVP increases both the speed and the safety of the surgery.
