Treatment of patella fractures by minimally invasive surgery

摘要 [目的]探讨微创方法治疗髌骨骨折的疗效。[方法]采用闭合复位空心螺钉固定或空心螺钉加张力带钢丝固定。[结果]全部病例骨折均骨性愈合,膝关节功能综合评价:优15例;良1例。[结论]本方法符合髌骨骨折内固定的生物力学要求,手术创伤少,可早期下地活动,有利于膝关节功能的恢复。 [ Objective] To investigate the treatment of patella fractures with minimally invasive surgery. [ Method] A total of 16 cases of patella fractures were treated with close restore cannulated screw or tension band with canallons bone screws. [ Resuit]All fractures healed uneventfully. The result of joint function was: being excellent in 15 cases; being good in 1 case. [ Conclusion] This method complies with the biomechanical requires of strong fixation in patella fracture, the patients can go off bed in the early stage, which is good for the recovery of the knee joint.
