摘要
研究了一种直接测定葡萄酒中微量铅的方法。以硝酸-磷酸二氢铵体系为基体改进剂,采用多步斜坡升温、恒温平台石墨炉技术,测定了四个国家五种类别葡萄酒中微量铅。回收率97%~104%,精密度优于3.9%。
The technique of the steps ramp procedure and steady temperature platform graphite furnace (STPF) is decribed for the direct determination of lead in grape wine. The matric modifier is a mixture of 2. 5% NH4H2PO4 and 0. 2% HNO3. The program of HGA and the determination of lead in difference kinds of grape wine were presented in Tab. 1 and Tab. 2 respectively. The recoveries of lead added in wine were 97%-104%,and the relative standard deviation of the entire procedure in the optimum working range were between 0. 8%-3.9%(n=3).
