流动注射自动稀释——火焰原子吸收光谱法测定明胶中钙和镁 被引量:2

FAAS DETERMINATION OF Ca AND Mg IN GELATIN USING THE FIA ON-LINE AUTOMATIC DILUTION TECHNIQUE

摘要 设计了流动注射自动稀释与原子吸收光谱相结合测定高浓度钙和镁,两次进样体积分别为21μl和70μl时,可以得到几组信号,根据测定需要进行选择,获得不同稀释倍数。研究了试验条件,在采样频率为96h^(-1),用此法测定明胶和标样中高浓度钙、镁,方法简便、快速、结果准确可靠。 It is reported in this paper that the FIA on-line automatic dilution technique is used in the FAAS determination of Mg and Ca in gelatin. The proposed method is proved to be convenient ,simple and flexible, when the primary and secondary injection volume of sample solution are 21)μl and 70μl ,several sets of signals are obtained. The appropriate parameter may be chosen to obtain different rate of dilution. The sampling frequency is 96h-1. Satisfactory results are obtained when the proposed method is applied to the determination of high contents of Ca and Mg in some gelatin samples and standard reference materials.
