摘要
酶是糖代谢的重要参与者,其功能紊乱在糖尿病的发生、发展中占有重要的位置。本文综述了与糖代谢关系较为密切的酶及其在糖尿病中活性的变化,并介绍了以这些酶为作用靶点药物的开发研制情况。
Enzymes are the important participator in the metabolism of sugar. Their function disorder plays an important part in the occurrence and development of diabetes mellitus. Enzymes closely related to diabetes, their activity change in diabetes sufferer, and their reaction target are reviewed in this paper.
