摘要
以ＩＢＭ－ＰＣ兼容机及通用Ａ／ＤＤ／Ａ数据接口卡改造普通电化学测试仪器，设计了一套集信号输出、数据采集、数据处理、图形显示和打印于一体的测试系统，应用ＢＯＲＬＡＮＤＣ＋＋３．１中的ＴＵＲＢＯＶＩＳＩＯＮ技术，编制了具有用户友好人机界面且操作灵活的软件，软件数据分析部分采用三参数或四参数弱极化方程式，应用高斯－牛顿－麦夸脱法进行曲线拟合，从而得出金属的腐蚀速度Ｉｃｏｒｒ，阴极扩散电流ＩＬ以及电化学参数βａ和βｂ，实际测量结果表明系统具有较好的可靠性和测量精度。
A computer-controlled corrosion electrochemical measurement and data processing system for potentiostat HDV-7C is developed.The system consists of an A/DD/A convert card, connected to the potentiostat, and a software responsible for generating successive step signal for the potentiostat, acquitting and analyzing data.This system can enchance effectiveness and objectiveness of the measurement.The reliability of this system is shown by examples.
