摘要
环境法是一个新兴的法律部门,虽然它是为了应对环境问题而产生,但其职能已超越纯粹的环境保护,在全面实现环境正义、扭转传统法律制度中的“反自然”倾向、建立全新的人与自然的关系、构建与自然相和谐的经济社会发展模式等方面发挥着重要作用。我国环境法的完善应该体现环境法的现代职能。
Environmental law is a new division of law system. Although the environmental crisis leads to its creation, its function has gone beyond the environmental protection and extended to the realization of environmental justice, correction of the anti-nature trends of traditional legal system, establishment of new relationship between man and nature, and construction of the social-economic development pattern harmonious with nature. The improvement of China＇s environmental law should be made to be well functioned in these aspects.
