用环氧化苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物的环氧基与叔胺盐酸盐在相转移催化剂存在下,通过开环反应制得了季铵盐离聚体,用过氯酸滴定法及核磁共振仪进行了表征.研究表明,该反应中环氧基的转化率可达到100%;反应产物为季铵盐离聚体,其在48 h时的吸水率达到了115%.
Since styrene-butadiene-styrene block copolymer( SBS ) is a thermoplastic elastomer of nonpolar nature, recent research about its modification to contain polar groups has attracted much interests. Ionomers made from SBS and its hydrogenated SBS, such as maleated and sulfonated hydrogenated SBS and maleated SBS neutralized with metallic ions were reported recently. Few reports have been concerned with the quaternary ammonium ionomers from other halogenated block copolymer, followed by reaction with tertiary amine. This communication deals with a novel method for the preparation of quaternary ammonium ionomer of SBS via epoxidation of SBS, followed by ring-opening reaction with tertiary amine hydrochloride. This synthesis method of qua- ternary ammonium ionomer of SBS is easy and efficient to be carried out with conversion 100% of epoxy groups.
