摘要
采用Haake密炼机工艺、开炼机工艺和开炼机预混-Haake密炼机工艺制备了丁腈橡胶(NBR)/聚酰胺(PA)热塑性硫化胶(TPV),研究了NBR/PA TPV的结晶结构及其性能。结果表明,采用开炼机预混-Haake密炼机工艺可制得相态结构均匀、分散相粒径较小、力学性能和耐溶剂性能较好的NBR/PA TPV。在NBR/PA TPV中,NBR可诱发PA结晶。PA连续相结晶结构分布的均匀性和相界面之间的相互作用是提高NBR/PA TPV耐溶剂性能的主要因素。
Nitrile rubber ( NBR )/polyamide ( PA ) thermoplastic vuleanizate (TPV) were prepared by Haake mixer process,mixing mill process, pre-mixing with mixing mill and then Haake mixer process. The crystal structure and properties of NBR/PA TPV were studied. The results showed that the NBR/ PA TPV prepared by pre-mixing with mixing mill and then Haake mixer process had homogeneous morphological structure, smaller particle size of dispersed phase ,good mechanical properties and resistance to solvent. NBR could induce PA continuous phase to crystallize rapidly. The proportional scattering of crystallization structure of PA continuous phase and the interaction of interface of NBR and PA were main effects on the increase of resistance to solvent of NBR/PA TPV.
