摘要 采用Unifac基团结构法在乙腈法萃取精馏丁二烯装置中建立了乙腈-C4系统相平衡关系,利用PROⅡ化工模拟软件对第一萃取精馏塔、第二萃取精馏塔内各组分的摩尔分数、温度和气液流量的分布进行了模拟计算,并对各分布曲线进行了系统分析。结果表明,在第一萃取精馏塔和第二萃取精馏塔中,各组分并非均匀分布,而是在特定的部分塔板分离,进而实现各组分按质量要求进行分离。 The correlation of phase equilibrium on acetonitrile and C4 feed in extractive distillation column of butadiene was established with the method of Unifac group construction. The distribution of mole fraction of component, temperature, flow rate of vapor and liquid in the first and the second extractive distillation column with PRO Ⅱ were calculated simulatively. The curves of distribution were analyzed systematically. The results showed that the each component in the first and the second extractive distillation column was maldistributed,but was separated at the specific part of trays. Furthermore, the each component was separated in accordance with quality requirement.
