摘要
政府经济学的研究起点是市场失灵,其研究对象是政府如何干预国民经济。经济法是调整一定的经济关系的法规,也是国家干预经济之法。政府经济学与经济法或经济法学有共同的研究起点———市场失灵,政府对市场失灵的规制,即政府干预经济的行为,则构成了政府经济学和经济法学共同的研究对象。政府经济学与经济法学关系密切,既有共同之处,又有不同的一面,二者相互间具有重要的借鉴意义。
Government economics starts with a study of its market malfunction and focuses on the study of the governments＇ intervention in the national economy. Economic law aims at adjusting the relevant economic relations and is also a state law for intervening its economy. Government economics and economic law share the same historic origin, that is, the market malfunctions. The government＇ s control of the market malfunctions, namely the government＇s intervention in its economy, constitutes the research objective of government economics and economic law. Though government economics and economic law are closely related, they have their similarities and differences which offer much revelation to both branches of learning.
