海南省4市县400名中学教师心理健康状况抽样调查 被引量:15

A sampling survey on the mental health status of 400 middle school teachers in 4 cities and counties of Hainan province

摘要 目的:比较海南省4个县市中学教师心理健康总体水平与全国常模及不同性别和城乡教师间的差异,以及症状自评量表因子分≥3的检出率。方法:于2004-10分层随机抽取海南省的海口、三亚、琼海、白沙4个市县400名中学教师作为测查对象。应用症状自评量表(90项)对测查对象进行心理健康的9个方面,即躯体化、强迫、人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、恐怖、偏执、精神病性的调查。并比较海南省中学教师与全国成人常模、不同性别、城市与乡村教师之间的心理健康状况,以及各因子得分≥3分的检出比例。结果:有363份有效问卷纳入结果分析,其中男教师180份,女教师183份;城市教师183份,乡村教师180份。①与全国常模比较:海南省中学教师在总分、总均分及各因子得分上均明显高于全国成人常模(t=4.92~12.53;P均<0.01)。②不同性别比较:男女教师之间各因子得分无差异显著性。③城乡比较:乡村教师在躯体化(1.97±0.63)、强迫(2.21±0.70)、抑郁(2.08±0.61)、偏执(2.02±0.64)4个方面得分显著高于城市教师(分别为1.48±0.69,1.82±0.69,1.70±0.74,1.65±0.62),差异有显著性(t=5.43,3.54,3.17,3.74;P均<0.01)。④各因子得分≥3的检出比例:排在前4位的是强迫(14.0%)、敌对(10.5%)、人际关系敏感(8.8%)、焦虑(8.5%)。结论:海南省海口、三亚、琼海、白沙4个市县的中学教师整体心理健康水平明显低于国内普通成年人,乡村教师的心理健康水平低于城市教师,不同性别教师的心理健康水平差异不明显,在强迫、敌对、人际关系敏感、焦虑方面的心理问题较为突出。 AIM: To investigate the mental health status of middle school teachers in 4 counties or cities of Hainan province, compare with the national norms, and analyze the difference between different genders and between urban and rural teachers. METHODS: In October 2004, a total of 400 middle school teachers were randomly stratified and selected from Haikou, Sanya, Qionghai and Baisha in Hainan province. Their mental health was assessed with the symptom checklis±90 (90 items), including 9 factors of somatization, obsession- compulsion, interpersonal sensitivity, depression, anxiety, hostility, phobic anxiety, paranoid ideation and psychoticism. The mental health status of the middle school teachers in Hainan province was compared with that of national adult norms, the differences between different gender and between urban and rural teachers were compared, the detection ratio of score≥3 points for each factor was also compared. RESULTS: Totally 363 effective questionnaires were involved in the analysis of results, including 180 from male teachers and 183 from female teachers, and 183 from urban teachers and 180 from rural teachers. ① Comparison with national norms: The total score, total average score and each factor score were all obviously higher in the middle school teachers in Flainan province than the national adult norms (t=4.92 to 12.53, P 〈 0.01). ② Comparison between different genders: The factor scores were insignificantly different between male and female teachers. ③ Comparison between urban and rural teachers: The scores of somatization, obsessioncompulsion, depression and paranoid ideation were significantly higher in the rural teachers (1.97±0.63, 2.21±0.70, 2.08±0.61, 2.02±0.64) than in the urban teachers (1.48±0.69, 1.82±0.69, 1.70±0.74, 1.65±0.62) (t=5.43, 3.54, 3.17, 3.74; P 〈 0.01). ④ The detection ratio of score ≥3 points for each factor: Those in the first 4 places were obsession-compulsion (14.0%), hostility (10.5%), interpersonal sensitivity (8.8%) and anxiety (8.5%). CONCLUSlON: The general mental health level of the middle school teachers in Haikou, Sanya, Qionghai and Baisha of Hainan province are obviously lower than that of the national common adults. The mental health level is lower in rural teachers than in urban teachers. There is unobvious difference in the mental health level between male and female teachers. The more outstanding mental problems are obsession-compulsion, hostility, interpersonal sensitivity and anxiety.
