摘要
我国严峻的安全生产形势主要原因之一是缺乏对企业强有力的安全监察。对比分析了国内外安全监察的差距,提出了分级安全监察的理念,并研究了支持分级安全监察的企业分级指标和模型,使用模型对调查企业数据进行计算、排序和分级,效果明显,该模型能够起对分级安全监察起到指导和支持作用。
Occupational injury results from the process of industrialized production. Not only Occupational injury threatens practitioner＇ life ＆ health, but also it has been main reason to the fatality of many countries. As a developing country, China＇ situation of occupational injury is very austere. According to the national statistics, more than 60 thousands people died to occupational injury from 2001 to 2004. The one of the major reason to severe work safety situation in China is lack of strong safety inspect. Through analyzing the gap of safety inspect force between domestic and abroad, this paper put forward the idea of safety inspect based on REOIR, and research on mode of rank of enterprise occupational injury fisk（REOIR） ,that also is supporting technology of safety inspect based on REOIR. The mode has be used to calculate and rank some investigated enterprises, that proved that the mode is very useful. The mode can be a guide and support to safety inspect based on REOIR.
