摘要
研制了风机特性线现场实测系统。对该系统进行现场实测中发现,当风机进入喘振边界时,噪声信号对喘振的反应滞后于轴振动和轴位移信号的反应。建立了利用风机轴振动和轴位移信号来预测风机喘振边界的方法。该实测系统在某钢厂两台高炉风机控制系统的改造中获得了成功应用。
A measurement system for determining the performance curves of compressors in situ is developed.In the application, it is found that the shaft vibration signals respond to the presence of surge earlier than the acoustic signals do. There fore a method of predicting the surge lines with shaft vibration signals and axial displacement of the shaft is presented. This system has successfully been applied in a steel factory to determine the performance curves including surge lines of two types of compressors in situ.
