人文精神应该成为图书馆的内在品质,主要体现在尊重关爱读者,促进其全面发展;提高馆员综合素质,实现其自我价值;推动图书馆本身全面、协调、持续发展。图书馆丰富的馆藏,宝贵的人才资源,先进的技术设备,为弘扬人文精神提供了得天独厚的条件。构建图书馆人文精神,要树立以读者为中心的服务理念,加强人才队伍建设,强化服务职能,营造良好的人文环境。
As the intrinsic character of library, human spirit embodies the ideas of the respect and concern of the readers, their comprehensive development, their integrative qualities and their self-worth. The affluent library, valuable talent resources and advanced equipments provide advantaged conditions to carry forward human spirit. To construct human spirit of library, we should have the idea to focus on readers, reinforce the constrution of talents, strengthen the function of service, and create the nice human circumstance.
