摘要
社会主义市场经济体系是一个复杂的巨系统,该系统的健康运转,需要有完善的经济体制做保证。进一步完善我国经济体制的出发点和着力点,就是要促使社会主义市场经济进一步优化。为此提出,应用系统论的思想,着力从市场经济的运行主体、运行平台、运行结果等三方面的优化出发,对我国现行的经济体制进行系统性的改革和完善。
The socialist market economy system is a complex system. The perfect economic system of organization is necessary for its running normally. The aim of the economic structural reform is to optimize the socialist market economy system. It is put forward that the current economic system should be modified systematically with the functioning object, platform, and result of the market economy system being optimized.
