摘要
本文用高效液相色谱法测定金银花中保卫田残留量，使用ＯＤＳ柱，流动相２％ＮＨ＿４Ａｃ－甲醇（６：４），流速１ｍＬ／ｍｉｎ，柱温３０℃，紫外检测器检测波长２８５ｎｍ。方法加标回收率８０．３％～８９．４％，方法最低检出浓度０．０２μｇ／ｇ。
A reversed phase high performance liquidchromatographic method is described for de-termining carbendazim residue in honeysuck-le. With an ODS column, the mobile phase is2% NH_4Ac aqueous solution: methanol (6:4) at a flow rate of 1mL/min, column temper-ature 30℃, UV detection wavelength at285nm. The carbendazim recovery rate is 80.3%～89.4% and the lowest detection concen-tration is 0.02μg/g
