摘要
要提高高校学报办刊质量,必须更新编辑办刊意识,提高审稿质量,广泛吸纳办刊经费,扩大获取稿件的渠道,约请高质量的稿件,处理好刊登校内稿件与校外稿件之间的合理比例。
The quality of journals of higher institutions can be improved only through innovating the ideas of editing and publishing, improving the quality of papers examination, widely raising publishing outlay, expanding the sources of contribution, inviting manuscripts of high quality, and dealing well with the proportion of intramural and extramural manuscripts.
