摘要
从法学的角度分析,高等学校与大学生之间既存在行政法律关系也存在民事法律关系。以权利为导向重塑高等学校与大学生之间关系是现代法治的要求。
There are administrative and civil legal relations between higher institutes and undergraduates from the point of view of laws. Reforming the relations between higher institutes and undergraduates is the needs of modem monocracy in the direction of rights.
