摘要
本文研究了β－环糊精及硼砂缓冲液的酸度、浓度，电泳电压对毛细管区带电泳分离ｏ、ｍ、ｐ氨基苯甲酸异构体的影响，建立了ｏ、ｐ－氨基苯甲酸的毛细管区带电泳分离、紫外检测法。
The effect of β-cyclodextrin on the sepa-ration of positional isomers of aminobenzoicacid has been studied with model 1299 HPCEANALYZER,The quantitative analyticalmethods of o,p-aminobenzoic acid were set upwith capillary zone electrophoresis,UV detec-tion. The concentration of o-aminobenzoic acidis linear with A_i/A_s in the range from 75 to1200g/L(15 to 300g/L and 400 to 1300g/L forp-aminobenzoic acid),RSD of T_r and A_i/A_s aresmaller than 2.2%and 5.1%,respectively.
