摘要
本文首次提出了用库仑滴定法测定腈纶聚合原料混合液中甲基丙烯磺酸钠的含量，解决了腈纶生产中染色性能控制问题之一。方法简便、快速，测定回收率９８．４％～１０２％，变异系数小于０．４％（ｎ＝７），适用于生产流程质量控制分析。
new and practical coulometric methodwas developed to determine the content ofsodium methylacrylsulfonate ,the third com-ponent in the polymerizing mixture of poly-acrylonitrile. The devices for this test arereadily available and their manipulation isquite simple,yet the results are highly satis-factory and reliable,The average recovery isbetween 98.4%～100%,and the relativestandard deviation is less than 0. 34%(n=7).By means of this methdd,the dyeability ofpolyacrylonitrile fibre is controllable.It is ofhighly practical use in the quality control anal-ysis in production processes.
