摘要
目的探讨影响医院内围手术期抗菌药物预防性使用规范依从性的因素。方法选择外科Ⅰ、Ⅱ类切口择期手术病例,以2003年10月～2004年3月出院者210例作为实验组,对医护人员及患者进行多种形式的合理用药宣传教育,定期检查规范执行情况并给予相应的奖惩;以2002年10月～2003年3月出院者212例作为对照组,不进行宣传教育和监督检查工作,考察对规范的依从率。结果实验组与对照组对规范的依从率差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论加强培训、宣传教育有利于提高对合理用药规范的依从率,把合理用药工作落在实处。
Objective To study the acting factors on complying with the standard of antibiotic prophylaxis for perioperative patients of Ⅰ and Ⅱ types incisions. Method Elective cases of Ⅰ and Ⅱ types incisions were selected, 210 cases in OCT 2003～MAR 2004 durations were assigned as trial group receiving a serious of education, propaganda about the standard and examination of its execution ,212 cases in OCT 2002～MAR 2003 duration were control group freeing of any effort as trial group to compare the compliance rate. Result The compliance rate in trial group is much higher than control group（P〈0. 01）. Conclusions Education, propaganda and examination is favorable to complying with the standard.
