摘要
目的探讨红外线联合抗宫炎片及奥平栓治疗重度宫颈糜烂的临床效果。方法随机选择我院妇科门诊120例重度宫颈糜烂患者为研究对象,排除了宫颈癌及外阴阴道炎,实验组60例,给予红外线联合抗宫炎片及奥平栓治疗;对照组60例,单纯用红外线治疗,两组治疗后均禁性生活及盆浴2个月。结果治疗后2个月复查,实验组痊愈率显著高于对照组(P<0.01);阴道出血发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05);阴道排液天数显著少于对照组(P<0.01)。结论红外线联合抗宫炎片及奥平栓治疗重度宫颈糜烂效果显著,值得临床推广使用。
Objective to probe into the clinical effect on treatments combined infrared rays with anti-uterus inflammation tablet and Opin for serious cervical erosion. Method Random choice of 120 sufferers from serious cervical erosion in our Gynecology Clinic as research objects. These patients have been excluded the posssibility of cervical carcinoma and pudenda colpitis, and they are separated into 2 groups. Both groups consist of 60 patients. The first group is called Experiment Group（short for Gl） and the patients of this group were treated with infrared rays combined with anti-uterus inflammation tablet and Opin; the second group is called Comparison Group（short for G2） and the patients of this group were treated only with infrared rays. All patients had been forbidden to have sexual life and tubbing for 2 months after treatments. Results Countercheck after 2 months of treatments showed that the recovery rate of Gl is much higher than G2（P〈0. 01）; bleeding possibility from the vagina of Gl is much lower than G2（P〈0. 05）： and the days for liquid discharge of Gl is much less than G2（P〈0. 01）.Conclusion The effect of treatments combined infrared rays with anti-uterus inflammation tablet and Opin for serious cervical erosion is remarkable and worth while using in clinic.
