摘要
运用一阶导数数学方法对色谱馏出曲线的基本速率方程求导,应用导数光谱装置实现模拟微分,得到一阶导数色谱图。不但为裂解色谱特征的定性鉴别提供了又一个有力的手段,而且给色谱图数学方法的处理理论及信息转换以新的启迪。
n this paper, a novel mathematical method for the chromatogram treatment in pyrolysis gas chromatography(PGC)has been proposed. The chromatogram is treated in differential by a derivative accessory of spectrophotometer in real-time. By this method, small peaks, shoulder peaks and incompletely resolved peaks, in original chromatogram, can be qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed accurately and effectively.The derivative chromatogram obtained can provides more information and higher identification ability. And baseline drift with programming temperature of column can be corrected effectively.Some characteristic indexes can be found more obviously in first derivative pyrochromatogram than in original one. Furthermore,Vero-E6 cells infected by Pilio- Ⅲ and Cox B4 virus have been identified successfully by this method on PEG20M packed column.
