摘要
选用四硼酸钠及对紫外光有较强吸收的邻苯二甲酸作为流动相的主要成分,用以洗脱和分离无机阴离子。采用间接光度法检测分离后的各种无机阴离子。考察了流动相中四硼酸钠浓度对各离子保留时间的影响。
high performance ion chromatographic method is presented for the simultaneous determination of Cl ̄-,NO, NO, I ̄-, and SO. These anions were separated on a Vydac 302 IC quaternary ammonium phase column using aqueous solution of 0.sg/L phthalic acid and 0. 63-0. 73 g/L sodium tetraborate as mobile phase with a fiow rate of 2.0 mL/min. Mobile phase had a strong absorbance at 280 nm, therefore indirect UV detection at that wavelength was performed. The average recoveries by use of standard addition method were 98. 6% for Cl ̄-,103.1 % for NO,10 1. 8% for NO,97. 8% for I ̄-, and 96.5% for SO.The RSD of these anions were 1.01 %, 2. 56%, 1.75% ,2. 85% and 3.08% respectively. The calibration curves for these anions gave good linearity over a wide range. The dependence of retention time of anions on sodium tetraborate concentration was investigated. This method gave a satisfactory resolution and short elution time. With this method, some anions in vinegar and black molasses were determined.
