The Crystal structure of the title compound belongs to the orthorhombic system. Space group Fmmm(#69),with cell parameters:a=7.282(4),b=12.057(2),c= 16. 072(2) ,V= 1 41 1 (1) ,D_c =1.82 g/cm￣3,Z=4,M_r =386.89,λ(MoKα) =0.71069,μ = 14. 43cm￣(-1) ,F(000) = 792,final R = 0. 045 and R_w=0. 060 for 385 observable reflections with I≥3σ(I). In the complex Ni (C_3H_2N_3O_3)_2 (H_2O)_4,the Ni￣(2+) is coordinated by two nitrogen atoms from cyanuric acid ligands and four oxygen atoms from water molecules.
