摘要
针对我国汽车空调中旋转压缩机生产的实际要求,本文对其关键零件滑片的几何精度自动测量技术进行了研究.重点阐述了仪器的总体设计及送料、定位、测量及分选等4部分.采用模块化设计原理,应用现代气动元件、高精度差动电感传感器、PLC等组成自动分选仪,实现了对滑片几何参数进行高精度快速测量.该仪器的总的测量不确定度为0.806μm,测量效率可达4 s/个.
To aim at the actual demand that the rotary compressor produces in the air conditioner of automobile in our country, the automical measuring technology of the geometrical precision of the slip, which is the key part of a compressor, is studied in this text. It includes the design of instrument and transport, localization, measuring and sorting of the work piece. In order to realize measuring geometric parameter of slip accurately and quickly, the author adopts the module design principle, and uses modern pneumatic component, high-accuracy differential inductor sensor and PLC to make up the automatic sorting appearance. And then the total measurement indeterminacy of this instrument is 0. 806 μm, and measure efficiency can up to 4 seconds/one. In order to realize carrying on high accuracy to measure to the gleitbretter geometry parameter fast.
