摘要
以乙二醇单丁醚(EB)和溴丁烷(BuBr)为主要原料,在NaOH作用下进行Williamson反应制备乙二醇二丁醚.采用正交试验法确定的反应条件为,EB:NaOH:BuBr=1:1.50:1.05(mol),反应时间6.5 h,反应温度85℃,此条件下乙二醇丁醚反应的单程转化率达大于78%;确定粗产品精馏工艺的反应条件为:真空度1.3 kPa,釜温约114℃、顶温78~82℃、回流比为2,精馏得乙二醇二丁醚的纯度大于99.5%.
Ihe synthesis of ethylene glycol dibutyl ether ( EDB ) based on the Williamson reaction of ethylcne glycol monobutyl ether (EB) with sodium hydroxide end rtomobutane(BuBr) was investigated, the optimizde conditions screened by an orthogonal experimental design method were as follows: reaction was 85℃ ,the mole ratio of NaOH to EB and BuBr to EB were 1.05 and 1.50 mepectively, the reaction time was 6.5 h,where the conversation of EB was up to 78%.The distillation parameters for reaction production were carried out under pressure of 1.3 kPa. The purity of EDB was above 99.5% with reflux ratio of 2 when the pot temperature and overhead temperature were 115℃ and 82 - 84℃ respectively.
