摘要
目的探讨TTM(电话传输心电图)对可疑冠心病的监测价值。方法用珠海市中立电子公司生产的YJ-1000B型智能式循环记忆心电发送器(俗称心脏BB机)和中央监测系统,直拨电话一台,进行3～14天的心电监测。结果对225例可疑冠心病进行TTM监测,检出心肌缺血并结合临床资料确诊112例,阳性率为49.8%。结论TTM对可疑冠心病患者进行心电监测,尽早发现各种心律失常及心肌损害,早诊断,早治疗,提高疗效起着重要作用。
Objective To explore the ualue of TTM （ the telephone deliver the electrocardiogram） in monitoring right and suspicious coronary heart disease. Methods Electrocardiograms were monitored by YJ - 1000B type intelligent cycle memory electrocardiographic generator（to be commonly call heart pager） and central monitoring system manufactured by Zhuhai Zhongli electric company and a direct telephone,proceeding 3 - 14 days of heart electricity monitor. Results 225 suspicious coronary heart disease by the TFM monitor,and the check out is a the myocardial ischemia 112 cases,positive rate is 49.8%. Conclusion The suspicious coronary heart disease TFM monitor can as early as possible discover every kind of arrhythmia and myocardial injury, and examine patient early can, increase the curative effect to rise.
