胎膜早破合并早产120例妊娠结果分析 被引量：5

摘要 目的探讨胎膜早破合并早产者新生儿窒息、围产儿死亡的相关因素及胎膜早破发生的原因。方法回顾性分析近5年来120例胎膜早破合并早产者,新生儿Apgar评分、新生儿窒息及围生儿死亡与孕周的关系及胎膜早破发生的原因。结果胎膜早破合并早产孕35～36+6周组与孕28～34+6周组比较,其Apgar评分较高,新生儿窒息及围生儿死亡率均较低,两组比较其差异均有显著性(P<0.01)。结论胎膜早破合并早产宜于孕34周后经阴道终止妊娠为妥。
