经皮激光椎间盘减压术治疗腰椎间盘突出症 被引量：9

摘要 目的研究经皮激光椎间盘减压(PercutaneousLaserdiscdecompression,PLDD)术治疗腰椎间盘突出的临床应用。方法我院自2002年4月-2004年9月采用PLDD治疗腰椎间盘突出症32例,共40个椎间盘。结果本组病例取得良好疗效,优良率达90.6%。结论PLDD是一个微创手术,具有创伤小、出血少、恢复快,比较安全,并发症少,经费较廉等优点。
