摘要
目的:评价肿瘤靶向治疗药物的疗效和安全性,以供临床用药参考。方法:通过对肿瘤靶向治疗药物的上市情况和临床应用对其作用机制、临床疗效和对肿瘤治疗模式的影响加以评价。结果与结论:分子新靶点药物具有可使肿瘤治疗变得有明显的针对性,其治疗方式亦可更加简便,避免细胞毒药物的多药耐药性,改善肿瘤患者的生活质量等优点;但也存在很多亟待解释的问题。
OBJECTIVE： To evaluate curative effect and safety of drugs used for cancer target therapy, in order to give some references for clinical drug use. METHODS： By analyzing the condition of going on sale and clinical application of drugs used for cancer target therapy, to evaluate their mechanism of action, clinical curative effect and the effect on cancer therapy mode. RESULTS ＆ CONCLUSION ： Molecule new target drugs have some merits,they can make cancer therapy have more evident pertinency, therapy mode more convenient, avoid multidrug resistance of cytotoxic drugs and improve life quality of cancer patients. However, there still exist some urgent problems to be solved.
