摘要
目的探讨部分小阴唇联合周围皮肤黏膜皮瓣移植阴道成形术的方法和临床价值。方法对8例先天性无阴道患者采用部分小阴唇联合周围皮瓣移植阴道成形术。结果8例患者手术均获成功。成形后阴道湿润、质软、有弹性,有功能性子宫者术后痛经消失,月经正常,婚后性生活满意。结论本术式取材简便,手术创伤和痛苦小,术后外阴无疤痕、形态正常,有临床推广价值。
Objective To probe into the value of vaginoplasty with with part - nympha and skin - membrance graft. Methods Eight cases of oongenital absence of vagina were received operation of vaginoplasty with with part - nympha and skinmembrance graft. Results All patients recovered. Vagina was moist, softness and elastic. Dysmenorrhoea disappeared and the menstruation was normal in patients with functional uterus. Conclusions Vaginoplasty with part - nympha and skinmembrance graft have a great value of clinical application, the advantages of this method are simple, with little injury and without scar of vulvar.
