摘要
目的探讨腹腔镜阑尾切除术的疗效。方法对26例行腹腔镜阑尾切除术的病人进行回顾性分析。结果26例中手术成功24例,手术成功率96%,平均手术时间34.5min,平均住院时间3.5d,无手术死亡率及并发症。结论腹腔镜阑尾切除术优于传统开腹阑尾切除术,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the curative effects of laparoscopic appendectomy. Methods The clinical data of 26 cases with laparoscopic appendectomy were analyzed retrospectively. Results The success ratio of operation is 96%. The average time of operation was 34 min. The average time in hospital was 3.5 days. No side effects and death occurred. Conclusions The laparoscopic appendectomy is superior to the traditional laparotomy appendectomy and is worthy to be generalized in clinic.
