刺五加对戊巴比妥钠致蟾蜍静脉窦功能抑制的拮抗作用

Effects of Acanthopanacis Senticosus on Pentobarbital-Induced Prolong of the Recovery of the Venous Sinus Rhythm in Toads

摘要 目的探讨刺五加对静脉窦功能的影响。方法蟾蜍30只,每天两次连续3d,分为对照组、戊巴比妥钠组及戊巴比妥钠+刺五加组。第1、2组经淋巴囊注射0.65%NaCl,第3组注射刺五加注射液,于末次给药15min后,第2、3组经淋巴囊内注射0.4M戊巴比妥钠0.2ml/50g,记录Ⅱ导联心电图。巴比舀钠给药后5min、10min、15min用高于窦性心率30%频率的方波(1ms,6V)刺激心房30s后停止。记录最后一个刺激信号到窦性波出现的时间。结果戊巴比妥钠组静脉窦恢复时间比对照组明显延长(P<0.05);而刺五加组与对照组相比无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论刺五加对戊巴比妥钠诱导的蟾蜍静脉窦恢复时间延长有拮抗作用。 Objective To investigate the effect of acanthopanacis senticosus on the function of atria sinus. Methods Thirty toads were divided randomly into three groups: group Ⅰ (control), group Ⅱ (with pentobarbital), and group Ⅲ (with pentobarbital and acanthopanacis senticosus). 0.65% NaCl was injected into lymph-cystid in group Ⅰ and Ⅱ , and acanthopanacis senticosus was given to group Ⅲ with a dosage of 0.2 ml/50g body weight, twice a day for three consecutive days. 15 rain after last giving, 0.4M pentobarbital sodium (0.2ml/50g body weight) was injected into lymph - cystid in group Ⅰ and group Ⅱ. ECG was recorded. 5, 10 and 15 min after the treatment of pentobarbital sodium, atria was stimulated with electrical pulses ( 1 ms and 6V) at a frequency of 30% higher than normal rhythm for 30 second, and the interval between last one of electrical pulses and the reoccurrence of venous sinus rhythm were recorded. Results Compared with the control group, pentobarbital prolonged the recovery time of venous sinus rhythm, whereas the pretreatment of acanthopanacis senticosus significantly attenuated the effect of pentobarbital (P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusions Acanthopanacis senticosus can antagonize pentobarbital - induced prolong of the recovery of venous sinus rhythm in toads.
