摘要
从矿产资源、水资源、生物资源、土地资源、气候资源和旅游资源等6个方面概述了攀西地区的自然资源优势及开发中的不利条件,分析了目前资源利用缺乏综合规划、利用效率偏低、开发引发的环境问题严重、基础设施落后等该区资源开发利用中面临的挑战,提出了该区自然资源可持续利用战略体系、自然资源开发利用与环境保护治理并重、走集约型深度资源开发道路、重点开发水能资源和生物资源、充分利用国内外两种资源和两个市场、资源开发与脱贫致富相结合等资源可持续利用对策。
From the perspective of the mineral, water, biology, land, climate and tour resources in Panxi Area, This paper summarized the advantages and disadvantages in resource exploitation, then analysed the challenge in the use of natural resources such as lacking comprehensive plans, low utilization efficiencies, serious environment problem, incomplete infrastructure .At last some measures were raised, which included building resources sustainable strategic system, protecting environment was important as well as exploiting resources, emphasizing on water and biology resources, utilizing domestic and international resources and markets, combining resources exploitation with poverty-relieveing .
