摘要
振兴东北老工业基地战略是继西部大开发后中国区域经济协调发展的第三步棋,基于振兴东北老工业基地的背景,对东北的产业发展状况进行了分析,指出了进行产业转移的可能性,根据东北产业转移的现状,得出东北产业转移的特点;对东北产业转移的趋势进行了预测。
It is the third step of China＇s regional economy coordinated development following the development of western regions to revitalize the old industrial base in the Northeast. Under this background, analysed the state of industry development in the Northeast and points out the possibility of the industry shift. According to the current situation of the Northeastern industry shift, it draws the characteristic of the Northeastern industry shifts and finally predicts the trend that the Northeastern industry shift.
