本文通过对当今最主要的英语学习词典编纂体系的分析,指出了二十一世纪英语单语学习词典的编纂趋势,它们是:以语料库为依托;突出词典的积极功能;以读者为本;方便使用;体现动态性。
By, analyzing several chief English learner＇s dictionaries, the author of this paper reflects on the compiling trends in English learner＇s dictionaries of the 21 century, arguing that future English learner＇s dictionaries should be based on corpora, that they should be compiled for learners to encode as well as to decode, that they should take learner needs into consideration, that they should be user-friendly and that they should reflect the dy,dunamics of the English language.
