摘要
给出了制备非晶甲壳胺的新方法,并由X衍射曲线和偏光显微镜照片及DSC曲线得到证实。由DSC测得玻璃化温度为82℃,结晶温度为152℃。并研究了其结晶动力学。
Amorphous chitosan was prepared by quickly drying of chitosan solution. The glass transition temperature of chitosan was at 82℃ and the crystallization temperature was observed at about 152℃ by DSC. The crystallization kinetics of chitosan was also analyzed by DSC method, since the amorphous chitosan was prepared first time in this paper. The crystallization rate constant and activation energy varied with the crystallization temperature.
