摘要
用蛋壳做钙源制备饲料防霉剂丙酸钙,并研究了煅烧条件、原料配比、反应物浓度、反应温度、时间等因素对产率和产物纯度的影响。结果表明,在最佳工艺条件下,产率可达96%、纯度大于98%。
The feed mildew inhibitor calcium propionate was prepared by using eggshell as calcium source, and the influence of factors like calcinations conditions, material proportioning, reactant concentration, reaction temperature and time on yield and purity of the products was researched. The results showed that the yield could reach 96% and the purity could be more than 98% under the optimum technological conditions.
