摘要
制定有效的激励策略,克服战略网络发展过程出现的“败德行为”信任风险,既是促进网络内部相互信任发展的动力所在,也是战略网络管理的关键问题之一。本文运用委托代理理论建立网络内部相互信任激励通用模型,并对模型进行有效性分析。最后根据激励模型及其有效性分析结论,制定相应的激励策略,为网络内部相互信任管理提供有效的技术方法。
To make the effective strategies of promotion for overcoming the haze risk of trust in the development of strategic networks is power to promote mutual trust within strategic networks, and is one of key problems of strategic networks' management. Applying theory of primary-agency. The authors built a general model of promotion of mutual trust within strategic networks, and analysed the validity of the model. Finally, based on the model and the conclusion of the analysis for the model's validity, the paper made strategies to promote mutual trust within strategic networks. It provided effective methods for managing mutual trust within strategic networks.
