摘要
为解决传统基于捕获功能实现的M/T法中存在的问题,改善了捕获机制,并在软件上采用二次重读的方法,确保高频时钟计数与反馈脉冲计数的严格对应。测量的绝对误差小于一个高频时钟周期,且与数据采集周期无关。理论推导和实验数据表明,该方法实现简单,测速范围宽,精度高。
A precision M/T method is proposed,which improves the traditional capture method. Two-time read in software is to ensure that HF pulses correspond with feedback pulses precisely. The absolute measure error is less than a HF time period ,which is independent of measurement period. Its simpleness, high accuracy and great adaptability are verified by both the theoretical calculation and experiment.
