摘要
针对国内对开放式数控系统研究的局限性,提出基于STEPNC和XML的开放式数控系统。阐述传统NC程序接口ISO6983的局限性以及STEPNC的优点及其数据模型。STEPNC是STEP向数控领域的扩展,实现企业内部从设计、制造一直到底层数控加工的产品信息的无缝集成。应用国际标准ISO1030328,将STEP文件转换为相应的XML中性文件,可以实现网络上的中性文件传输,达到系统间的数据共享。
In order to supply a gap in civil research work, a novel open architecture numerical control system based on STEP-NC and XML is proposed. For this purpose, the limitation of traditional NC program interface ISO6983, and STEP-NC' s merit and data model are discussed. STEP-NC is the extension of STEP to numerical control, which realizes the close integration in interior company,from designing, manufacturing, and right down to bottom NC product data. Applying ISO10303-28 to exchange STEP files to relevant XML neutral data can realize the transmission of neutral data on Internet, furthermore realize data share among different systems.
